These Terms govern your use of Auramuralics. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Auramuralics you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to generate, upload, or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that violates third-party rights. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access data you are not authorized to access.
4. Content & Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create. You are solely responsible for your generated and published content and for ensuring it complies with these Terms and applicable law.
5. Marketplace
Marketplace listings you publish may be offered for free or for sale. You are responsible for pricing, delivery, and any support for your listings. Auramuralics is not a party to transactions between users except as a platform provider.
6. Premium Subscription
Premium features (unlimited generations, ultra quality, full courses, marketplace earnings) require a paid subscription. Fees, billing, and renewal terms are presented at checkout. You can cancel at any time.
7. AI Output
AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auramuralics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
